I did a little urban bike packing with some of my best gal pals last weekend. It was the boost of dopamine I needed after several weeks of “every day is a new nightmare”. Cheers to more of this and more time in the woods, even if it is barely off the beaten path.

Did a little bike ride down in Floyd last weekend at the #AppalachianJourney.

The dog enjoyed herself immensely and it was nice to disconnect from the madness for a couple of days.
