A Black-headed silvanid beetle on a rock. It is facing left in the photo. The beetle is long and thin. It has a black head, yellowish thorax, and its wings are mostly black, but with yellowish spots on the side that cover almost halfway down the wings. The wings are closed. It has two long antennae which are sticking out in a V formation.
