Bottom line, while the two eps may not be as bad as I remember being from the whole series, hindsight makes it arguably worse. If you want a Tenchi tie in that doesn't have Tenchi, but feels like it can fit in with better writing, #Dual. #TenchiMuyoGXP

It's not that this BARELY had any ties to Tenchi itself as A, this was still in the same universe and B, even if it didn't have the Tenchi connection, Dual showed you can do a Tenchi like show and style WITHOUT Tenchi... #TenchiMuyoGXP

Let's be honest right off the bat, it was EARLY Digital animation and it shows. The good news is so was Dual! but @discotekmedia.bsky.social's restoration of it, via it's SD on BD, cleaned up any errors and problems.
The bad news? #TenchiMuyoGXP has a lot of errors and problems.
