I had bought one of those Himalayan pink salt "eggs" when it was on clearance. I finally used it tonight on a medium sized chicken from Costco. It turned out great. I also sautéed fresh spinach. I crunchy sautéed some fresh green beans. It all came together like a mini thanksgiving. #ThankfulAlways
