Wanted to share a screen record of the basement of the mansion. Starting to add the objects to interact with in the different rooms. Taking the weekend to add the remaining floors before importing the characters for the testing of the animations. #theGreatToyHeist #pathfinder2e #paizo #UnrealEngine
The roaming creatures in the Mansion are Crawling Hands. The baron creates them from the hands of those that fail to pay their debts. A trap door from his main office drops them into this room. This is where the Baron uses his necromancy to bring them to life. #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist #paizo
The laundry room is finished. This room is located below the coat check where the Alkenstar engine gear lift will take the guests items and store them below. The halfling working there will clean anything as needed with prestidigitation. #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist #blender #paizo
The kitchen is finished and ready for export into unreal engine. Once there, I will add all the food and other items. The Baron’s kitchen was such a fun build. I wanted to have dual levels in the kitchen to give something unique for the players. #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist #blender #ttrpg #paizo
In doing research for the Baron’s mansion, Cheliax has quite the troubled history. To best reflect it, I added a section in the basement for the Halfling staff that work for the Baron. Players can talk to them to gather information during the infiltration. #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist #paizo
Happy to share some development highlights for the Baron’s mansion. Nearly finished with the attic & 2F. The first exports into unreal engine worked great and will continue this week. Can’t wait to fully walk around and explore the mansion. #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist #paizo #blender #ttrpg
The dining room has its chandelier. The baron had it made by a local wizard. The everlight crystal in the center was modeled after the spellcaster saw a devastating fireball spell wipe out a room. The artist calls this piece, “TPK from Above”.

Here is the layout of the 1st floor for the Baron’s mansion. Going to start exporting the objects into unreal engine this week so I can get the furniture and objects in each room. Thank you @paizo.com for making such a fun one-shot campaign! #theGreatToyHeist #pathfinder2e #paizo #blender #ttrpg
The dining room / ballroom has been completed. This fun combo room can magically transition between elegant dining to ballroom. The baron uses animated silverware swarms and vanishing furniture to ensure a magical experience for his guests. #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist #paizo #blender
After a whirlwind of blender this weekend, the parlor and library is complete. It still needs books and furniture, but that will come later. The first floor is almost finished! So excited. The Baron’s mansion is coming along! #pathfinder2e #blender #theGreatToyHeist #paizo
The hallway leads to one of the guest rooms. A magical ward around the outside of the door provides the guest an added layer of protection. Should the player find the right key, they might be able to steal some treasure from the guest
Had a relaxing Friday working on the Baron’s mansion. The 2nd floor is coming a long nicely. The goal is to have every room of the mansion explorable during the infiltration section. Multiple paths will be available to get to the Baron’s office. #theGreatToyHeist #pathfinder2e #blender #paizo
This passage connects to the front door, library, sitting room, parlor, and dining room. Behind the stairs is an entrance to the indoor garden where a magical shade maple was imported from Barrowood forest.
This contains the entrance to the upper sitting room and the imp’s servant shaft. The shaft runs from the basement to the roof and is designed for small characters to be able to use the squeeze action to move through it. This central 2nd floor passage connects to the guest quarters, dining room balcony, and trophy room.
When the players want to leave the sitting room, they can chose to go a handful of ways. The 1F main corridor, 2F hallway, or the Imp’s servant vertical shaft. Who knows what waits for the players in the path get to the Baron’s office. #theGreatToyHeist #pathfinder2e #blender #paizo #pathfinder
The source inspiration for the map layout
The sitting room layout is just about complete. Decided to model the room after the cover art of the module instead of the exact map provided. The size is the still same, just split into a library and sitting room. #theGreatToyHeist #pathfinder2e #blender #pathfinder #paizo
Central grand stairwell is done. It was a fun challenge making the carpet textures and tile mosaics. Moving onto the dining room and other smaller rooms now. #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist
Worked on a massive, marble tile mosaic for the grand stairwell of the Baron’s mansion. Since Asmodeus is one of the main deities worshipped in Cheliax, I thought it would be fun to honor him. #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist #Asmodeus
The main entrance and primary hallway sections for the first floor are done. Working on the other wall and floor pieces now. I have loved getting research Victorian and gothic mansion architecture for this project. #theGreatToyHeist #pathfinder2e #blender
Making good progress on the 1st floor hallway interior. Going for darker tones to really highlight the Cheliax Vibe. Hints of red will be on the curtains throughout the manor. Still need to add the runic magic filigree. Can’t wait for my players to see this! #pathfinder2e #TheGreatToyHeist #blender
Feels so good to be getting back into the game’s development after the holidays. Baron Vreen’s mansion is coming along nicely. Still need to finish the doors and smaller exterior details. I can’t wait to show my players the level! #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist #blender
Full mansion
Showing the 2nd floor
Showing the first floor
Grey Boxing the level is complete. Now begins the building of the full level with all the assets I have been making. It is all coming together! There are 5 possible paths to the Baron Vreen’s office. How the players will get there is up to them. #pathfinder2e #blender #TheGreatToyHeist

The Tin Wizard is now complete and in his little scene. The poppet ancestry is so cool. I love the fact that he doesn’t need to eat, just needs to wind his tab. @paizo.com makes the best pre-generated characters! #pathfinder2e #theGreatToyHeist

The source image of the frost vial
Frost Vial created. :) this was a fun one! One more to go for the hidden potions. The next one is the eagle-eye elixir. That should help the players find the hidden doors within the mansion. #pathfinder2e #blender #theGreatToyHeist
Took some time away from trim sheets and mansion parts to make an alchemist’s fire potion for the game. Going to have hidden potions and consumables for combat throughout cabinets and drawers for those that like to pillage the place. #pathfinder2e #blender #TheGreatToyHeist
The process is under way for the export to unreal engine. Nearly all the exterior mansion pieces are organized and ready. At about 60%. Getting the final detail pieces finished along with the Roof trim sheet. Can’t wait to finally get to use these assets. #pathfinder2e #blender #theGreatToyHeist

Our first character model, Hellpup, is nearing completion. Some fine details will be added once we test the animations. Want to make sure there aren’t any issues when they cast their divine magic. #blender #pathfinder2e #TheGreatToyHeist

The Legerdemain handkerchief from Paizo
Final treasure for the players is complete! The Legerdemain Handkerchief. This fun little item transports an item it covers into its extra-dimensional space. So cool! Perfect for any rogue. Now it is time to finish the rest of the Baron’s items. #blender #pathfinder2e #TheGreatToyHeist #ttrpg
Finally finished all the charms for the Armory Bracelet. Now I just need to put them all together on a chain. I really like how the sling and bow quiver turned out. #blender #pathfinder2e #TheGreatToyHeist
Making great progress on finishing the Armory Bracelet with matching weapons to manifest once activated. So far, the shield and hammer are my favorite charms with the pick as a close third. That fatal d10 on the pick is POWERFUL! #blender #pathfinder2e #TheGreatToyHeist
Now that the bulk of the characters’ items are finished, I am starting on the treasure they will receive at the end of the one-shot. The Armory Bracelet is the first of four invested items the players can pick from. I love giving this one out to my players. #blender #pathfinder2e #TheGreatToyHeist
Finished all of Cutie Killstuff’s items. They are ready for battle. I had a blast modeling their bronze bull pendant. Any item that improves non-striking attacks are always awesome. Shove is definitely under utilized by my players. #blender #pathfinder2e #TheGreatToyHeist
