2. Them talking about the case while the trial is ongoing is a HUGE difference. Whilst technically this was allowed, the conditions were that all 12 of us, and no one else, had to be there.

1. Them knowing they're being observed, and on TV(!), should be more of a caveat, but I don't think it invalidates the experiment. Much of this is chiming with my experience.
What shocked me the most about #TheJuryC4 was how some people, Aimee in particular, were dead set on acquittal in this case before a single drop of evidence was heard.
The way people couldn't let go of their personal experiences to judge a case on its merits was shocking to me.
#thejuryc4 surely there would have been more forensic evidence in this case. Jurors in real trials should be given some basic legal training before sitting on a case.

Just watched ep1 of the second season of The Trial on C4 and am genuinely not sure what the point of this one is. Details of the case have been changed, the jurors know they are on a tv show, and they are allowed to openly discuss their opinions before deliberations…
