#TheHelicopterSpies was derived from a season 4 two-part episode called "The Prince of Darkness Affair" originally broadcast in October 1967. The film version was released in mid-1968. I would expect the tone to be a little less campy than #TheKarateKillers.

Herbert Lom makes for a good villain in #TheKarateKillers. Of course, he was even better in the 1950 film noir "Night and The City" - an essential noir. As stated, the cast in these films is totally bonkers.

In some readings of the history of "The Man From Uncle", season 3 is considered the weakest. Maybe a little too campy for its' own good. A shorted season 4 would be its' last. Then, again, the "spy mania" of the mid 60s was pretty much over by that point.
