I finished #TheLadyInDignity. I really liked these two characters, played by Kim Sun-a and Kim Hee-sun. The costumes were fantastic. Like many murder mystery kdramas, the big reveal was a bit of a “so what?” 8/10.

#TheLadyInDignity. I’m on ep 5 and enjoying the over-the-top costuming. The rich ladies wear absolutely ridiculous designer gowns to meet for coffee. This is a 2017 kdrama, so all these hot styles are 8 years out of date, which just adds to the absurdity.

#TheLadyInDignity is reminding me of the kdramas #SkyCastle and #Mine. It must have been an inspiration for these more recent kdramas. The setting in a filthy rich chaebol family, the woman-centered story, and the death foreshadowed in episode 1 are some of the parallels.

#TheLadyInDignity episode 2 is full of women in designer clothing spending their days gossiping and judging each other. But not a one of them has any dignity because all their money comes from men. And in this show all the men are old, sick, idiots, liars, or some combination.

Finally done with the #TheLadyinDignity rewatch with my husband after 8 months, likely the longest watch of a drama in recorded history.
If you're enjoying Kim Byung Chul's performance in #DoctorCha, you might also like Jung Sang-hoon in #TheLadyinDignity. Like KBC's character, he plays a idiot adulter who can't see the problem with having two women. JSH earned a Baeksang nom for this role.
#TheLadyinDignity has a similar setup to #DoctorCha where the FL is married to an adulterer who refuses to give up or commit to the mistress. The FL files for divorce and ends up with the second ML. Perhaps a precedent has been set?
This is the hope I cling to.
I'm watching both #TheLadyinDignity and #LoveAffairsintheAfternoon, and Jung Sang Hoon plays a rube of a husband in both. It's hard keeping their issues straight!
I realized I watched her in #RebornRich and #ShadowDetective. I'm now watching her in #Trolley #TheInterestofLove and #Payback, AND I'm do a rewatch of #TheLadyinDignity.
