Rütmik the Thrush Nightingale 2024 (28 May) After Rütmik was hiiting on 20 May, was worried of this lil guy maybe something bad gonna happen. Luckily next nights i heard him sing daily ! 8 Days later Rütmik was still going so checked how he was doing! Few days later I did not hear him sing anymore. I am amazed how long this guy was going, almost a month!! Recorded on 28 May around 0:20

Next night I was relieved Rütmik was back and singing! Revisited him on 28 may to spend last night with him!

Rütmik the Thrush Nightingale 2024 Went to look how Rütmik is doing and he was not in a good mood! First time getting him doing an alarm call! He seemed not to like something (I could not see either what it could of been). All I heard was hiiting and him jumping around, singing and hiiting again. It wasn't me what caused it as he was hiiting before I was even there. I have met Rütmik a lot and he didn't mind at all when I was there, even if my head was inside a bush he sang from :D. I was always very careful not to do any loud moves and sounds not to scare him away, he seemed not to mind at all if I was there during other times. Recorded on 20 May around 0:20

Rütmik was unhappy that night, no idea what caused him distress. He was hiiting and kärring (Sounds of alarm call)

Rütmik the Thrush Nightingale 2024 (Revisit 15 May) Another revisit. I wanted more :D. Meanwhile when it recorded Rütmik, I was going to see do I find new TNGs - then I met Double Tilks so I recorded him too! When I got back, I had 1h 37 minutes of Rütmik wooo!!! He still does the epic rhythm and long kärrs, but I also noticed two new parts - the "tv channel change" part. (Illustrated on an image with TV remove and TSII being the noise screen) It somehow gave me the vibe like he sang 1 part, then was nope, TSII (channel change) sing another part, nope, TSII (channel change) sing 3rd part and continue to the end. It felt like tv channel change when you flick through channels and you hear snippers of a tv show in few seconds before you switch again and land on new channel. Recorded on 15th May 0:13am - 1:45am

3rd revisit of Rütmik! He is my favourite so far!! He has a very rare version of "Vippo" in the song, which only appears once! It gave a huge smile to my face when I heard it <3!!

Double Tilks the Thrush Nightingale 15Mai 7th TNG! He started to suddenly sing opposite side of Tuknuuk! When I tried to reach closer to Tuknuuk and failed again and again, then he appeared and gave me a change to record his song!! I didn't know many TNGs can do the "tilks" sound, and this guy did often "ka TILKS ka TILKS" so that's why I named him Double Tilks :). I knew it was a different TNG as Tilks was singing further away :D. One unique and cool part I noticed on him is him doing a slight "waltz "rhythm with " ÄÄUP svitt ÄÄUP svitt ÄÄUP". I tried to illustrate it with a bird going up and down there on an image. Tuknuuk is heard on a BG opposite side in a deep bushy area he wont let me reach.... Recorded on 15 May 1:09 - 1:56am

Rütmik the Thrush Nightingale 2024 (Revisit 14 May) Revisited Rütmik again! I heard him sing again after some cold days have passed. Was curious does he have new stuff too, and some parts are new! The rhythmic part is iconic to him so that he has always! For new stuff, he looooves to do very long "kärrrr" parts! Longest one I heard was slightly over 3 sec! 2nd new part was "DeeUIT" part where the last part sometimes like fell down 90 degrees :D Another new part I noticed on the 2nd revisit in his song is him interrupting/cuts off his singing with kärärärärärä part. Like he sings, starts to do his taro/tara part and split second goes kärärärärä. I first thought my audio was glitched how sudden this change was! Its actually cool to see how his song slowly evolves :) Recorded on 14 May 0:22am - 1:45am

Ippi the Thrush Nightingale 2024 5th TNG! After Tuknuuk thing failed and I couldn't find any new TNGs, I was heading home dissapointed.. until i heard suddenly a new TNG singing near me! This dude appeared like a gift after I was ready to go home. It isn't the closest, but I am happy how cool echo he has!! It was near buildings so these made him echo! 5th TNG!

2 Thrush Nightingales singing! This was randomly heard at Pärnu. 1 Nightingale sang while other was "hiit"ing (alarm call of a TNG) and then 2nd one started to sing too. Man i wish I could...

Speedy the Thrush Nightingale 2024 (Pilot) I didn't expect this guy to start the season so early! I was going for a dawn chorus recording when I heard the familiar song far away! Sadly I didn't get much audio as it was 5am and other birds woke up and prob he went to find food. I definitely need more of this guy as this one is mixture of Classic TNG and magical TNG! He sings both in classic style and then switches to magical! I named him Speedy because the way how fast he sang the song, there was so little pauses between each chunk. Recorded on 30 April 5:37am
