3 Jumbo White Eggs in a very small pot of water that is about to come to a boil. I guess I'm feeling rich today. Happy Spring! Please enjoy YOUR day- treat yourself to SOMETHING. One boiled Jumbo egg, cradled in a paper towel in my hand and speckled with cracked black pepper.

1 bite in, the Jumbo egg yolk is revealed, and Jumbo is NOT an understatement. A super-scant 1/4" (±1/2 cm, Canadian neighborfriends) white border surrounds a pale yellow egg yolk. Solid but not dry. Paper towel is still here, cradling this oval delicacy. Yummy. 2/3 egg left, too! Savoring.
