[Gloam, speaking] Found a kid
[Kimiko, "Evergreen" thinking] PREGNANT?!
[Petra, "Mirage", thinking] Mitosis?
The joke here being that Cottie's slugcat, "Haze", looks really similar to Gloam and he kind of just left his tribe to go out hunting and was gone for a week. Evergreen is not too bright and doesn't understand how ADOPTION works (or she's just trying to make fun of Gloam, this is also true!), while Mirage, Gloam's MATE, is trying to justify the fact that Haze and Gloam look very similar and that Mitosis is not out of the question. Somehow.
