There are free ways to do that too, use end-to-end encrypted messaging apps like #Whatsapp, #Signal, #TitanHQ, and #Tresorit (not Telegram, default is unencrypted and using encryption is unwieldy), organise using document sharing apps like #Cryptpad, #Skiff and #OpenOffice. And of course use a #VPN!
