A mix of darker red /brown smoked beef sausage and paler unknown sausage cut into 1/4" thick slices in a white plastic bowl
1) Getting a little weird for #TonightsMenu. Not often you see cooking with a footed Dutch oven on an electric range top. Making a smoked sausage and potato dish. Using a mix of smoked beef sausage and some random pork sausages from my freezer, not sure if they are Brat or Italian.
