Eight hours up the #Allotment today,gave it a proper tidy up, loads planted, a new bed dug over, and a nice little packed lunch before the little people joined us later for a cheeky little #BBQ!

A cheeky little 13 miler with @dlbaxter76 today. Not about speed or distance, just a leg stretch, from #BirlingGap, over #BeachyHead, into #Eastbourne & then looping back through #EastDean. A deserved half way stop at #Bangers & Mash for a banging #CodBurger, nice weather, & some top views = #TopDay

Cheeky little day out with PJ up the @londonmarathon.bsky.social expo, a few cheeky beetroot shots, and the closest il ever get to running it! Tomorrow we chase him around #LondonMarathon course via tube! We then followed up with a little mooch around #London, and a bit of street food. #TopDay
