How to measure impact: very difficult! • It's always been hard to measure these things: proxy measures • Data may be proprietary (e.g., consumers) • Our current KPis # of datasets, members, geography, etc.) • More ambitious: • Additional measures for take-up of standards & tools - Increased transit/other ridership-related numbers • Market for hardware, software, services • "Social policy" (as hard as ever) - "New stuff"?
