The website list includes submissions to the Justice Committee on other Bills too. The majority would be on the #TreatyPrinciples Bill. It also includes submissions on other Bills like the Crimes (Countering Foreign Interference) Amendment Bill which could jail protestors for up to 10 years.

Understanding the Waitangi Tribunal’s report on the Treaty Principles Bill Act's bid to redefine the Treaty principles 'would have enormous constitutional implications'.

Answers to your questions are probably in thousands of written submissions, or hundreds of oral submissions, or maybe in the summaries of some of the presentations.

Not an expert but IMHO #TreatyPrinciples Bill almost certainly isn't #NZBORA compliant.

That should have been the fate of the TP Bill at National - ACT Party coalition negotiations.

'Do not see eye to eye': NZ and Cook Islands at odds over diplomatic issues "We can confirm that there are a number of issues on which New Zealand and the Cook Islands Government currently do not see eye to eye," the spokesperson for Deputy PM Winston Peters said.

Ironic Minister Peters and NZ Govt are upset about news the Cook Islands were looking to change the NZ-Cook Islands relationship without consultation. Move could push the Cook Islands towards full independence from NZ. Sounds like ACT's #TreatyPrinciples Bill.
