Fight On Forever, George Raveling. The Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer, who led the Trojans to four postseason appearances as our head coach from 1987-94, passed away following a battle with cancer. He was 88. (Headshot of Coach.)

It was a pleasure to work with #USC Hoops as an undergrad (‘88-‘92) in the SID office and to get the first hand stories as only Coach Rav could tell.

He provided my post-grad letter of recommendation. A teacher, he always made time to listen, and downplayed what a trailblazer he was! #Trojan4Life
