The king never requested statues of himself, though that didn't stop the sculptors. Their beloved king was immortalized in the woods where small creatures were inexplicably drawn to the simulacrum, just as his human subjects were drawn to the original.

Study, study, study. I don't draw masculine bodies very often and found this months a teeny bit of a challenge

I made the old mistake of checking notifications too often though...I need to stop that. And people come and go too wah. Interesting that I have more engagement and followers at bluesky now instead of cara...it's usually the other way around.

Dribbles the Clown stands poised with his trusty clown hammer. He is framed by blood red curtains on either side, and illuminated from behind by spotlights. His expression is neutral, as though all is well. However, Lucrectious’ necromantic handiwork is apparent on his person, with the pale greenish aura in his glassy eyes, bleached white skin one would assume to be makeup, the glow of greenish sinew at his neck and elbow, and his missing parts clothed and stitched together. He wears a red glove on his left hand to hide missing fingers – but wears his smiling ring there so no one notices. Because everything is fine. Obviously...
