Leftover roasted #partridge from my #authentic #Tudorfeast served with #medieval #Saracen sauce, complimenting the fowl beautifully. A definite winner. This sauce was historically dyed red with sanders (no longer considered food safe) but I clearly used the substitute (red food dye) too sparingly.
