Photograph taken last winter whilst out on a walk in the frigid depths of Lancashire. Image shows a wooden, vertical fence post on the right edge of the frame. It supports wire net fencing to keep livestock in the field. The other vibrant element in the frame is the purple flowers of the Tufted Vetch which has grown up the fence. The rest of the image is green field behind and trees pale in the fog in the distance. Frost is underfoot.
