Analog photograph of the underground corridors at Stortinget metro station in Oslo. The hallway is littered with tubes, ventilation equipment, sacks of cement and barriers redirecting travellers due to extensive renovation. The lights have been replaced with simple LED strips hanging from the ceiling, and an emergency exit sign appears to be suspended only from its own electric cables.

On top of this mess, the top half of the photo is covered in an orange tint due to a light leak – this was the first photo on the roll, so ti was partially exposed during film loading.

Black-and-white photograph taken up the stairs going out from Furuset metro station in Oslo. The wide and square stairs and the tall walls are all bare concrete. It is dark inside and very bright outside, with only a few bare trees to prove there's anything out there at all. A metal gate hangs rolled up in the ceiling, ready to fold come back down once night falls.

A very grainy and somewhat unsharp photograph of the platforms and tracks at Økern metro station in Oslo. The closest half of the station is underground with a curved concrete ceiling, while the other half goes out into the open air, letting some daylight into the covered part. A few scattered people on both sides are waiting for their trains.

Colour photograph of the platform at Veitvet metro station in Oslo. Next to the platform sits a concrete stairwell with walls and a little roof to protect travellers from the weather, and on the side of the stairwell is a large mural of a cartoonish man running with a briefcase as if to reach the metro. From the angle of the camera, the cartoon looks almost like he's grabbing onto a pipe and trying to leap over the fence and onto the platform. In the shade in the background, two much calmer guys sit on a bench, waiting for the next train.

Black-and-white photograph of the tracks and one end of the platform at Økern metro station in Oslo. This is the part of the platform that's ‘underground’, or at least under a heavy concrete roof holding the road that passes above. A staircase at the very end of the platform leads from the dim and almost bunker-like concrete tunnel and up into the bright light.

Photo of a slightly blurry metro train driving by under a bridge at Røa, between the metro station and the train hall there. There are several rail tracks diverging and going in various directions, almost like you would see outside a small train station. The sun is harsh, the trees are bare and the grass is a pale brown. In the background is just a hill with still-green pine trees and some houses.

Analog photograph a metro train coming in to the platform at Lambertseter metro station in Oslo. The train is slightly blurred since it is still in motion. On the platform, a single waiting passenger is walking half-way behind a concrete pillar – one second earlier, this might've qualified as clever framing.

An analog photograph with somewhat wonky colours, of a stairway leading down to an entrance to Jernbanetorget metro station in central Oslo. The photo is an accidental double exposure, with the main exposure showiing the green-tiled metro entrance with a large sign saying ‘Jernbanetorget’. The partially overlaid (or background) exposure is upside down, showing a wooden deck with some white plastic chairs and a table of some sort. The deck beams spread out diagonally across half the picture, almost like some weird kind of stylised sun beams, with the white plastic chairs as their source. It's a little disorienting.

Photograph of the outdoor platform at Karlsrud metro station in Oslo. The photo shows part of the plain, concrete platform as viewed across the tracks from the other side. A metal fence separates the two tracks to prevent people from crossing between the two platforms.

The wall also holds a sign naming the station and a light pole with a speaker. Some trees are visible in the background, and a small half moon sits lonely on the clear, blue sky.

Analog photograph of the escalators and underground hallway at Stortinget metro station in Oslo. The left third of the photo is burnt out because this was the first (incomplete) frame on the roll of film. The other two thirds are dark with a blue tint due to the light leak, but it doesn't help that the hallway was also dark and the escalators crowned by a yellow ceiling. Above all the street art, an older man walks up the stairs from the platform, with several modern apartment blocks in the background. It's sunny and the sky is blue, and the man is wearing both sunglasses and a cap.

The wall it's on is made of beige-ish grey concrete with small embedded stones, cast in straight lines in various angles. A little further along the wall is a round hole, possibly from what was once a lamp on the wall.

Norsk: Svartkvittfoto av ein mursteinsvegg og døra til ein brannsentral på Tveita t-banestasjon. Døra er heilt skjult av stålpersienner og har påskrifta «brannsentral» i store bokstavar.

English: Black-and-white photo of a brick wall and the door to a fire central at Tveita metro station in Oslo. The door is completely hidden behind a steel curtain and has ‘fire central’ written on it in large capitals.

I messed up my note-taking for this roll so I'm missing a few location details, but the brickwork looks like Tveita.

Norsk: Fargefoto frå undergangen mellom plattformene på Majorstua t-banestasjon. Dei industrielle lysrøyra saman med dei kvite flisene på veggane gjev ei kald og mildt klaustrofobisk kjensle.

English: Colour photograph of the pedestrian tunnel between the platforms at Majorstua metro station in Oslo. The industrial fluorescent light tubes and the white tiles on the walls give off a cold and mildly claustrophobic feeling.
