Yesterday at #UKOF25 there was a mention that opening an early access scheme took 6 months on the NHS and 3 days in a private hospital, funded by the NHS.

This seems bonkers. If you are an NHS manager funding a private hospital to do stuff, maybe check if you are funding your NHS hosp too?

Living donor transplant seems to be the best option.

This is the first I've seen the Nivo only arm from H8W.

From a quick glance, Nivo looks very similar to Pembro as we would have expected.
