Yet B5 nurses remains the norm for administration of chemo.
I can't understand why these requirements cannot be mapped to appropriate AfC band...

At least 2 of the sessions at #UKSACT2024 mention our under documentation of adverse events and mention the Yellow Card Scheme.

I'm wondering how @bopa.org.uk build that into any future RPharmS type specialist curriculum.

Workforce, Job Plans, Guidance etc.
Even well designed services 10y ago may be out dated as Tx has changed.
