As little as 22 minutes of exercise a day could make a difference in colon cancer patients' survival, landmark study concludes Newly published results of a 17-year-long study conclude that exercise improves outcomes for patients with moderate to severe colon cancer.

A 17-year global study led by the Canadian Cancer Trials Group(CCTG) shows that just 2.5 hrs/week of moderate exercise can reduce colon cancer recurrence by 28% and death by 37%.
