where will CDC go? FY 2026 proposed budget Some programs are expected to move to AHA or OS, but there is no plan to transition ongoing work. pie chart shows data more at CDCDataProject.org

Where will CDC Programs Go?
Only 43% of CDC programs will survive, 36% will be axed entirely, 12% will be shuffled to the new AHA, and the rest…
lost in HHS bureaucracy.

This is based on the administration’s FY 2026 budget.
