Belangenvereniging UTSOPI stapt naar Raad van State tegen nieuwe belasting op prostitutievitrines De belangenvereniging UTSOPI heeft een beroep ingediend bij de Raad van State tegen een nieuw belastingreglement van de gemeente Seraing. Het reglement, dat sinds begin dit jaar geldt, legt een heffing van 3.000 euro per vitrine op voor elk etablissement waar sekswerk plaatsvindt. Volgens UTSOPI is de maatregel onwettig en discriminerend.
