A hybrid #AdditiveManufacturing approach combining #LPBF and #UltrasonicShotPeening was developed to produce hierarchical gradient AlMgSc #alloys with multi-nanoprecipitates, achieving refined grains, 609 MPa yield strength, and enhanced #ductility.
