Meghalaya: Ri-Bhoi administration submits report on Umdihar toll gate closure The Ri-Bhoi district administration has submitted a report to DCA Dept concerning the shutdown of KHADC toll gate at Umdihar in Meghalaya.

The administration also questioned whether KHADC had secured the necessary No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant authority before operating the toll gate.
