Just finished my 1st exercise class since before COVID! Thanks to my health insurance perks, I got to try a HIIT class at Heat Bootcamp. Walked there and back—a half-mile each way. Out of breath, but feeling great. Exercise: it’s good for you… even if it kills you. 😂 #VPDExperiment24 #HealthJourney
