With that aside, for me personally it's the idea of literally using someone as a sex toy, which is VERY hot. Simultaneously, it's also a dominance/mommy kink thing. I like the idea of carrying someone in my body that I want to take care of who is unable to escape and is subject to my every whim; who has to be obedient and good to earn my approval, and only exists for me to use to get off. I also like the idea of taking something seen as culturally acceptable and largely a net good, like pregnancy, and have it secretly be a kink thing. A private exhibitionism kink?? But again, only fun in fantasy and not reality.

I do think there is sometimes an over-emphasis on internal shots of a vagina/cervix/etc and how the prey feels over the feeling of dominance/control/squirming sex toy that the pred experiences. Once you start over-emphasising wrenching a cervix open I get flashbacks to pap smears and the whole thing becomes a lot less fun. :p I also find generally in unbirthing content on Reddit, there's very much an emphasis on how it feels for prey and much less emphasis on how it feels for the predator. This makes sense: anecdotally, I reckon there are far more prey on this subreddit than predators as there are generally more subs than dom/mes. But it sometimes feels very focused on what the prey is experiencing (losing control, clinical internal shots as they travel up the vagina, "Noo, stop!") over what the predator is feeling (size kink, something squirming inside, literal full physical control of someone else, "You're squirming so much... and now you're all mine"). And to answer your last question, I personally much prefer a willing victim over an unwilling victim. (This is personal preference; I can absolutely understand why other people may prefer an unwilling prey! I'm not here to dismiss other people's preferences. It's just not my bag.) The idea of someone voluntarily giving up their bodily autonomy and agency and choices to be my toy and plaything forever is veeery hot, but I think that's a slightly rarer preference. I'm happy to be corrected, but I don't see willing pred/willing prey much in unbirthing content on Reddit. I hope this all makes sense and has answered a few of your questions!
