2/2 I remember his banter with Varric in DAI about the state of Orzammar and being a dwarf. He was confused as to how the dwarves could accept why they are this way all while knowing the whole time! Also Mythal? I understand the war was losing but this is.. like I have no words.

Ffs, Treviso has like 15 caffeine-addicted rogues w/fancy accents & no army already up against like 100 The Iron Bulls. Minrath had an airborne palace w/a death beam, a network of guerrillas, mages, templars, etc. Imo, all y'all are just as incompetent as Rook in this instance

This is just me, but even if I wasn't trying to romance Lucanis, I still would've chosen Treviso, at least for my 1st PT. Seriously Neve, what could Rook have done any differently than you, Bel, & Lace in a city full of mages w/no restrictions on magic, couldn't have done?

in my first playthrough, my rook saw solas for what he was, a desperate man grasping for a semblance of what he once had. and that’s why my rook allowed him the choice to become the veil. not to mention, my rook saw how much solas meant to lavellan. personally, it’d be on sight…
