VIDEODROOM 2026 kicks off with an extraordinary cinematic experience. To mark the 20th anniversary of 'Old Joy', we present a special screening of this melancholic indie masterpiece featuring a world-exclusive live score. For one night only, acclaimed harpist Mary Lattimore will transform the film's atmosphere, replacing the original soundtrack with her ethereal and meditative harp compositions. Old Joy follows two old friends—played by Daniel London and iconic singer-songwriter Will Oldham (aka Bonnie 'Prince' Billy) —who have drifted apart over the years, as they embark on a camping trip.
'Time of the Heathen' (1961) is a rarely screened, impressive cult film that has lost none of its edge today, for which British saxophonist, poet and activist Alabaster DePlume is composing a brand-new soundtrack.
