Woohoo…making progress on the cottage. The electricians are almost done with rewiring the whole cottage…no more fuses YAY! And now the pump and sump are easy to turn off and on with the flip of a switch. soon we will get to move on to other cottage projects! #lakelife #cottagelife #vintagehouse

Trying to #Pleasantise the grottiest room in #VintageHouse. Fighting damp, carpet moth, rotten emulsion, yellowed gloss paint, old beams & hidden issues: OH says "don't fret". FFS if I fretted it wouldn't still be like this after 8.5 years of our tenure. 2025 will be its demise! #DIY #Refurb.
