The final day of the #WIOBathy Regional Workshop kicked off with a talk from Professor Andrew Green from the #UKZN on bathymetric data compilation in South Africa and updates on the WIO-Benth mapping project, highlighting the importance of bathymetry for science in the region.

🎤 Our Director Jamie McMichael-Phillips delivered a compelling keynote, after which Dr. Amon Kimeli introduced the #WIOBathy Project in detail, highlighting its goals and regional impact potential.
