#Hitch it is then. I'd really like to finish more horror shorts or work on #WakeandGlaer, but it seems the brain doesn't want to be mired in the sads right now...

Which makes sense really.

I'm turning a man into a crystalline creature full of molten heat today, then feeding his ass to a horny tree.

I think my brain wants to write more #WakeandGlaer and is taking a really weird route to get there.

We have a whole series with pebbles and trees, brain, we don't need to do this...

Roughly 900 words in #WakeandGlaer today and we are calling that a win.

I think it's all I'm getting today...

Delgrij is the victim (all of his life).
Mitra's the killer (it was an accident, he is just so flammable).
Parnamyr's the red herring (murder is beneath him, like he'd prefer the nectar to be).
Faerai is the detective (only one with any sense).

#WakeandGlaer again because I need to work on it.

Mitra works in tiers. If it's a big deal? She's relentless.
If Faerai has given up on something it is because it's impossible.
Delgrij is tired, of everything. Even major things. If he's pursuing a goal it's because he's already going that way.

The primary antagonist of #WakeandGlaer is already doing things they find fun and relaxing; devouring everything in their path.
For #Hitch, Melodia spends bits of her never-after with various other demons doing things she's not allowed to do to humans. Also croquet but that's a secret.

From #wakeandGlaer we have a big sad puppet. Do not let him trick you, #WIPSnips, he deserves none of your pity.

You know, it has a point. But I need to write the next Mar book and I will start cutting parts of my brain out until it behaves.

Mitra finds these to be gross fleshy problems.
Faerai is bonded and just because he's stuck in her soul doesn't mean she's looking.
Delgrij is non-discriminating and hopelessly romantic.
Parnamyr is whatever you're into, delicious.

Anyone else have a story that if you don't get it exactly right your younger self will somehow manifest from the past to stab you with her boot knife?

1.) Mitra is a ball of glowy pain who can control her heat and will essentially explode in white hot fire if needed, or bite and kick and scratch with very sharp crystal claws and teeth.

She only fights if she has to.

I have 'dead' in #WakeandGlaer which I am definitely writing, #WIPSnips. I am not dealing with brainworms eating all my words at all.

Ooh, ooh. My favorite thing to figure out, really. As I should be writing #WakeandGlaer we're using the trauma monsters.

Delgrij is realizing he's never had one.
Wherever the Heart shines is Mitra's.
Faerai is afraid hers is gone forever.
Parnamyr's is Mitra (he'd never tell her that though).

The protagonists of #WakeandGlaer would probably be confused by all of these days but the hugging one might cause the most trouble. They're all fairly cautious about who gets hugs. Probably cause some unneeded trauma on top of all the other trauma I give them.
