Cascade Locks' Principal lead the 1st bike 🚲🚂 train to school and said over half of 90 students rode to school, 1.7 miles. Huge for a small town with little resources.

A dad just emailed me this photo with that subject line. His daughter was 1 of the kinders I taught last year. She couldn't quite balance then but is pedaling now, getting ready for #WalkandRolltoSchoolDay

Banged out 7 flyers this week, one for each elementary and middle school in #HoodRiver County for International #WalkandRolltoSchoolDay.

They included a customized walking and rolling route map for each.
