She's wearing teeth of a beast as a necklace, has fire and bone tattoos across her body, Imperium grade boots and belt shorts, And her weapons, A Melta gun which has several custom artistical choices added to it. Namely 'GIVE ME A HUG! <3', A doodle of a dog, and 'FLAYRE' written on the side of it. And a fairly large knife holsted on her belt. Given she's 7' 5". Doodles are present on the side featuring Her giggling at something alongside a Commissar that's utterly done with everything, Flayre notices the Commissar's grim expression and cheekily tries to mimic it.

And there's one with her height comparisons compared to a Space Marine and an Ogryn, Ogryns of course being large 10 foot creatures, Space marines barely reaching 9 feet, and Flayre herself is shorter than both of them at 7'5" (Not counting her large hair).
