The reality of living in this dark, #UCP era in #Alberta.

Rachel Notley: Today the UCP introduced historic legislation to trample the Charter rights of 55,000 hard working Alberta teachers. Then they rammed through rules to pass that legislation in one evening, trampling the democratic rights of ALL Albertans. All this after 6 years of unprecedented attacks on our public education, aiming first at the services supporting special needs kids, and then expanding their fight to target every kid in our public schools. This is a government that sees public education as a service worth dismantling, basic human rights as an inconvenience, and democracy as a principle to be ignored. This is a shameful night for our province.
