Teen Lan Wangji enters a guest dormitory room while on patrol to find three guests disciples - Wei Wuxian, Jiang Cheng, and Nie Huaisang - in an interesting configuration. All three are on the bed opposite the offscreen door through which Wangji entered, Wuxian flat in his back at the bottom of the pile, Jiang Cheng crouched over him and gripping the front of his robes in sibling frustration, and Huaisang behind Jiang Cheng gripping his shoulders in an attempt to pull him back. Frozen in tableau, it appears quite compromising. Wuxian and Jiang Cheng have turned their heads toward the entering Wangji.
