It’s a chilly but beautiful day! Loved chatting to the local residents at our regular street stall surgery - so lucky to represent such a fabulous community.

Always enjoy our regular catch up in #WestBarnes and managed to miss most of the rain this time.

Residents are very appreciative of the fact we are checking in and updating them on local issues.

Brrrr it’s cold and it’s raining but despite that the @mertonlibdems.bsky.social are getting a warm reception in #WestBarnes and having a nice break at Prologue Cafe.

Main local issues have been the gas holder development, road maintenance and speeding cards.

Lots of concerns raised about the Gas Holder development. We have until the 21st to make submissions.

Other issues were the upcoming potential budget tax rises, Gaza, road maintenance and speeding.

It may be raining but there was enough dry moments for us to get to speak to quite a few residents today in #WestBarnes. Lots of conversations about the Gas Holder development and pitch use in the local parks.
