West Bend awards two street-reconstruction contracts to Mueller Excavating; approves waterline bid advertisement to serve Parkside The Board of Public Works approved awards to Mueller Excavating for Kilborn Avenue (phase 2) and Heather Drive reconstruction, and authorized advertising a waterline extension to serve a planned Parkside development.
