Westminster approves six-month extension for Rose Center operator at $5,000 a month After more than an hour of public comment and council debate over a consultant's recommendations, Westminster's City Council voted 4-0 on Dec. 18 to extend the Friends of the Rose Center's operating agreement for six months through June 30, 2026, at $5,000 monthly; the council set a review in April and retained an option to extend up to 90 days.
