Further evidence that this is not a serious proposal:

Not a peep that NRC issued 14 COL for large PWRs incl Vogtle3/4. Six were *terminated at licensee request*; six are active and *unused*. #ShovelReady

There are currently 6 active NRC-issued COL to construct and operate 2 ESBWR and 4 AP1000. Eight COL incl Vogtle 3/4. #ShovelReady

Every day that construction does not begin is another day Nuclear, Inc. chooses not to build, yet blames NRC ("procedures"?). #ClimateEmergency
