I thought this was extremely good. Slight reduction / mineral / terpeney with lovely mouthfeel. Flavourful but gentle at the same time, at just 12.5% it could easily have bee mistaken for a white from much further north. Genius winemaking.

First time for me I think with the bocatita de calamares at #TorresGastroBar. Melt in your mouth delicious. And the #VictorAusejo #WhiteGrenache 2024 was electric and fantastic. A real advert for this variety.
