The problem is that the definition of decency changes with time. I’m not defending what Carnegie did. I’m just thinking critically here. For example, in the 19th century it was “decent” to colonize Africa to “civilize” Black People. It was known as the #WhiteMansBurden by #RudyardKipling.

Those Native American Palestinians and those Native American Ukrainians just won't seem to settle down on their assigned Reservations and act like white folks.
