Large female toad with a smaller male on her back. I love their golden eyes and warty skin. In 25 years I've only ever had one frog, it's always toads. I would love both species here. Great for garden health.

A beautiful Fieldfare in the Orchard at #AttinghamParkNT at the weekend. Roughly the same size as a Blackbird. Speckled streaky chest feathers. Brown mottled body with a gray head. A striking attractive bird. Attingham always leave the fallen apples for birds and other wildlife. We look forward each year to the arrival of Fieldfares and Redwings to the orchard.
