This was a historic victory, but @newyorkstateag.bsky.social has largely failed to live up to her mandate. She's only sought 5 indictments for NYPD officers since taking office - choosing NOT to indict the NYPD officers who killed #SaheedVassell, #AllanFeliz, #WinRozario + too many others.

Clearly, the NYPD is unwilling to fire abusive cops or hold itself accountable. Officers Cianfrocco, Alongi, Rivera & Isaacs, who killed #WinRozario, #AllanFeliz & #DelrawnSmall, are all being shielded from being fired under @NYCMayor + his NYPD commissioners, including Tisch.
After #WinRozario was killed, his family continued to face mistreatment at the hands of still-unnamed NYPD officers & officials, who interrogated Win’s mom and brother, stopped them from accompanying him in the ambulance, and locked them out of their apt for 48 hours.
Or look at #WinRozario, who was murdered by officers Alongi & Cianfrocco in his own home in front of his mom & little brother over a YEAR ago. @NYPDPC has not taken action to fire either officer, nor updated the Rozario family on the case, as repeatedly requested.
