Ref sheet for WindyGria. She's a green haired dragon girl with white horns that curve backward, long fluffy green ears with similarly colored green scales on her cheeks, lots of light green neck fluff, a yellow cardigan, grown skirt, more fluff at her wrists and ankles, a long tail with white scales and even more fluff at the end, plus purplish-pink sandal slippers. Inbetwen the front and back view is a smaller form that has the same features but as a teeny little dragon instead.
