Brown Pelican, a prehistoric looking bird with white head, dark amber eyes and an enormous bill with peachy and red coloration. Wings and body are a light gray with heavy brown streaking all over. Legs and feet are a medium gray. This bird has spotted some fish and is almost stopped midair, with wings extended, ready to dive. Blurry reeds are in the background and blue water is below the pelican.

Is it #wingspanwednesday ? Brown Pelicans have an impressive wingspan...this guy was busy diving for fish.
