This would be hilarious if it weren't so GOD DAMNED FRUSTRATING. I don't know what you "updated" or how, but THERE ARE STILL TWO SEPARATE ACCOUNTS FOR ME ON YOUR WEBSITE, UNDER THE TWO DISTINCT EMAIL ADDRESSES. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Please tell me the truth: am I interacting with human beings in these email interactions, or with a chatbot who isn't actually able to solve my problem so you just keep lying to me and telling me it's solved when you haven't actually done anything?
